We're Hell or High Water Tattoo Shop, a premier tattoo shop in Oak Grove, KY since 2018. Our team of artists specializes in tattoos, cover-ups, and much more. We pride ourselves on providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for customers of all ages. While we take great pride in our work, we put even more emphasis on providing high-caliber customer service to every person that enters our shop. Our Story

Hell or High Water Tattoo Shop has been providing tattoos to the Fort Campbell and surrounding areas and building long lasting relationships within the community since 2017. Making a name for yourself in an industry as subjective to creativity as tattooing is always difficult but proved to be the right path for the team here at Hell or High Water Tattoo Shop. Our locally owned and operated shop offers high quality work by our skilled artists and we pride ourselves on the provided customer experience with each and every visit.

Home to some of the best tattoo artists in the area, our shop offers one of a kind artwork to bring our client’s dreams to life. Our team of highly skilled artists includes Jonathan Capen, Marcus Mcquillan, Kevin Tattrie, and David Gramman. Our small team’s high attention to detail along with custom designs and consultations ensures client desires are met leaving them totally satisfied.

We specialize in fresh tattoos with unique designs and tattoo cover-ups. Our artists utilize new equipment to provide elite services and keep up with the industry. Tattooing is an art and with any art comes an ever-changing array of popular methods and styles. We cater to creative wants and truly enjoy bringing your dream designs to life with ink, even if it’s challenging.

Here at Hell or High Water Tattoo Shop, we are the preferred choice for veterans. Inspiration can strike spontaneously which is why walk-ins are always welcome, but to ensure we have availability for your session, we encourage our clients to schedule an appointment or consultation to meet with an artist and draw up potential designs.

Marcus @justplainmc has been here at Hell or High Water since opening in 2018. He has been professionally tattooing for 30 years- specializing in traditional (adding his own twist, too) and illustrative black & grey!
